2. If you like us to look for the item that is not in our catalogue, please send us a description together with the item’s picture for us to look for it. If possible, give us the website link and we will do our best to search for the lowest price available for you. Then, we will send the quotation to you.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
These are the terms and conditions (T&C) of our agreement which apply for all purchases with LS@UK. Please read these carefully, and we might vary this T&C from time to time.
1. By placing an order with us, you are hereby agree to our terms and conditions.
2. All prices quoted have already included the cost of SEA FREIGHT shipping from UK to our warehouse in Malaysia. Additional postage (Pos Parcel Malaysia services) might incur unless stated as FREE postage.
3. The shipping time takes about 8 – 10 weeks to arrive in Malaysia (exclude the time of cut-off trip order and start when the boxes are ready to ship from UK Port). Delay may incur due to the circumstances that beyond our control, for example custom clearance. We can only offer Estimated Time Arrival (ETA) based on the advice given by the shipping company.
4. Prices quoted are subjected to the sales or discount offered at the time, and the prices might also vary due to currency exchange rate.
5. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the item that has been order is out of stock.
6. Most of the items required 50% deposit unless stated otherwise in the catalogue.
7. Once your item has arrived at our warehouse, you are expected to make the full payment within 14 days from the notification given via Email or WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. Shall you have any difficulties in settling the payment within this period; kindly notify us as soon as possible to make some arrangements. However, we shall not be held any responsibilities for any damages or loss happens after the 14 days periods.
8. We will only post or deliver your items once we have received the balance of the full payment.
9. We will only keep your item for a maximum of 1 Month only. Beyond this period, we have the right to RE-SELL your item and deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE as stated above.
10. Please check your item and any product damage or faulty must be reported within 3 days only once you have received the item. We will refund the payment or exchange the product in the event that the faulty or damaged is not caused by the postage courier or mishandled by your side. We will only accept the item to be returned to us in its original state, unwashed,and in its original packing.

For small parcel, you may choose to use AIR FREIGHT shipping method if you like to receive your items in less than 10 days, with additional cost as below:
Up to 500 gram: RM40
Up to 1 kg: RM75
Up to 2 kg: RM140
